In-Season Team Training

Many coaches understand the concept that to remain competitive, your team must be strong, fast, powerful and injury resilient. However, most of these outcomes do not occur during sport-specific practice, but rather in their strength and conditioning training.

Ignite Athletics is offering In-Season Team training for sporting teams/clubs in and around the Saskatoon area.

In-Season sessions will include:

  • Proper Warm-ups with emphasis on improving hip mobility and injury prevention

  • Basic Strength Development

  • Speed and Power Work

  • Energy System Development

Training sessions will be 60 minutes in length and will be located at our new state-of-the-art facility in the Gordie Howe Sports Complex.
