FOOTBALL TRAINING GROUPS

 

IGNITE ATHLETICS has had the privilege to work with many high school Football athletes from all over Canada. We are currently working with the Saskatchewan Huskies, Saskatoon Hilltops, and Team Canada Football. If you are a U16 or U18 football athlete who is looking to bring your game to a higher level, we will get you on the perfect program to turn your deficiencies into strengths. Train with other athletes and Ignite Coaches who are like-minded, will hold you accountable and will push you every day in the weight room and on the field.

Over the years we have trained thousands of different athletes, which gives us a unique advantage in knowledge to remove barriers that stand in the way of achieving athletic potential. This group will shift the emphasis from the fundamental movement patterns to the development of efficient and fast movement strategies in those key movement patterns such as jumping, bounding, hopping, and sprinting. We will aim to achieve the highest level of physical preparation using methods that yield the highest possible results. The program will also be periodized to properly put on size and strength early in the off-season while making sure that athletes peak in power right before the season.
