Prosport Rehab and Ignite Athletics are partnering to offer a comprehensive off-season training program for Hockey and Ringette players looking to take their game to the next level. With a combined 30 + years of experience working with a variety of age groups we have developed targeted programming to prepare athletes for their upcoming season.

We have been fortunate to work with many athletes from the professional level to athletes just beginning their training experience. This program is tailored to fit any athlete’s training age and experience level and will help prepare athletes for further success in their upcoming season.
