Ignite Athletics has been privileged to work with many high school classes from school divisions in and around the Saskatoon area. We have set up a curriculum that will help teach the fundamentals of human movement while also teaching the importance of strength and fitness to lifelong health. Our goal is to educate students on how to be safe and comfortable in a weight room setting, along with providing information on the different fundamental movements that will aid them through sports performance and staying healthy into adulthood. We offer a 10-class curriculum but are open to customizing it as requested. Teachers can book as many sessions as they like.

Ignite Athletics is excited to provide teachers with the opportunity to bring their classes in for field trips or gym class sessions. We set up games and activities with an emphasis on being physically active in a safe and fun space. We can customize sessions based on age and skill level.
