MASSAGE THERAPist
Rhianna is a born and raised local westside girl who traveled the world but always ended up back in Saskatoon. Growing up she played numerous sports year-round including ringette, box lacrosse, hockey, track and field, and wrestling. There were no days off for her as she supplemented these with weightlifting and Yoga! She competed in both Power and Olympic Weightlifting and understands the value of being able to move big weight efficiently and correctly.
After years of being plagued by injuries, massage and bodywork were the key things that helped to ease her chronic pain and restore her mental well-being. She pursued a career in Massage Therapy and graduated in April 2020. She has also completed 200 hours of Registered Yoga Teacher training, graduating in 2016, and teaches out of The Movement in Saskatoon. Additionally, she is involved with some local hockey and lacrosse teams teaching young athletes the importance of mobility and self-care! Rhianna is excited to share her knowledge and begin helping clients along their paths to a healthier lifestyle.
In her free time, Rhianna enjoys reading, playing with her dogs, and spending time in the great outdoors.
