Parker attended Centennial Collegiate high school in Saskatoon and decided to put his focus into playing football. It was through football that he began training at Ignite Conditioning. With the individualized training regimes and Igniteβs holistic approach, he was able to unlock his full potential as an athlete. During the 2014 high school football season Parker went on to lead the entire league in rushing yards as a running back. It was from this training that Parker would begin to acknowledge the importance of proper strength and conditioning for athletes.
After completing high school in 2014 Parker played for the Regina Rams Football Club for two years and then transferred to the University of British Columbia to conclude his USport Career.
Throughout his university athletic career, Parker developed a desire to teach and share the knowledge that he gained through his years as an athlete. After completing his degree in Kinesiology, he came home and joined the Ignite Athletics team. Parker believes in a quantitative approach to health and performance and is also currently pursuing his Masters in Science through the University of Regina.
