RECOVERY YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a great restorative practice to help your body recover. Nicole has been teaching yoga since 2008, offering a variety of movement styles including yin, yang, vinyasa, and gentle restorative. Her specialty is yin yoga, focusing on long held poses designed to stimulate and hydrate the deep connective tissues in the body.

Yin Yoga is a quiet practice designed to strengthen, stretch and stimulate the connective tissues in the body. According to the Meridian Theory, it is within these tissues that the pathways of energetic rivers flow; and it is this subtle energy that we look to balance and awaken through our practice.
